The Science of Self-Compassion

Join UCalgary on August 9 for a keynote talk with self-compassion researcher Dr. Kristin Neff (University of Texas, Austin).

In her keynote talk The Science of Self-Compassion, Neff will present her pioneering theory and research on self-compassion, which empirical literature has shown to be powerfully associated with psychological wellbeing. Ways to increase self-compassion will also be discussed.
