Research Operations Updates

At this time, the university’s Emergency Management team is working on potential return-to-campus scenarios. We will communicate with the campus community promptly and fully when the reopening process has been established. We recognize that researchers are eager to get back into their workspaces, but the university must observe guidelines from the province, and also take into account our unique requirements as an institution. Please continue to work from home as you have been. If necessary, you may still submit a Critical Research Designation form when you must pursue activities on campus, in the field, or in the community.

Your patience and perseverance through this challenging situation is deeply appreciated.

  • As we continue to endorse Critical Research activities on campus, please remember to continue to take measures to prevent the spread of respiratory illness. Register to pick up disinfectant wipes for those working on campus.
  • Please advise if you have completed your Critical Research activities. See the April 27 email.
