Students, trainees, faculty and staff, I know that many of you are eager to host in-person events now that more of our students, faculty and staff have returned to campus. University events on and off campus are permitted to go ahead if they align with Government of Alberta regulations, are entered into the University of Calgary Risk Assessment Tool and receive approval from Risk Management & Insurance. If you’re planning an event, please follow these steps to ensure you're meeting all regulations and requirements. As a reminder, you’re encouraged to host virtual events where possible, and faculty and staff who can work from home are asked to continue to do so. Learning and working
