May Registration and Fee Payment Deadlines Graduate students who began their program in May need to activate their registration before the posted deadline. Check the Academic Schedule for all registration and fee payment deadlines.
Spring General Fees All graduate students are registered for a 12 month period. General Fees (Campus Recreation, UPass, Student Services) are collected in the Fall, Winter and Spring terms, regardless of whether students are taking a course in that term. Check your Student Centre for an updated balance.

MacKimmie Project Update: Swann Mall Detours and Closures Access to Swann Mall will be restricted to select pathways from Apr. 27 to Jul. 31 to accommodate new landscaping on the mall’s south side. UCalgary Libraries to Close for the Day on Apr. 30 All UCalgary libraries including the TFDL will be closed on Apr. 30 for an important staff professional development day. PhD students successfully meeting candidacy requirements between Jan. 1 and Apr. 30, 2019 will have their tuition fees changed to a continuing rate in Spring/Summer term 2019.
