Winter Conferral of Degree for thesis-based programs Deadline to apply: Jan. 15/19.
Thesis-based programs: Jan. 25/19 is the deadline to submit paperwork to the Faculty of Graduate Studies and thesis to the vault.
Course-based programs: Dec. 31/18 was the last day to complete all degree requirements to be eligible for winter conferral of degree and cancel Winter 2019 registration.

PhD students successfully meeting candidacy requirements between Sep. 1 and Dec. 31, 2018 will have their tuition fees changed to a continuing rate in Winter Term 2019.

Indigenous Graduate Award Winter Competition, Feb. 7 to FGS This competition is open to diploma, certificate, master’s course-based, master’s thesis-based and doctoral students who meet the Indigenous and Alberta Resident eligibility criteria. Students registered in a graduate program structured for full-time employees can also apply.
