- COVID daily case counts are increasing significantly in our city and province. Please remember the best methods to prevent the spread of COVID-19 include maintaining a two-metre distance from others at all times, wearing a mask and frequent hand washing. - Last Thursday the provincial government announced several targeted measures to control the spread of COVID-19. Post-secondary classes are exempt from the new COVID-restrictions and these measures do not affect in-class instruction at this time.
- COVID-19 mental health tip: Physical distance does not have to mean social isolation. Maintaining social contact is very important for our wellbeing. Prioritize connecting with your friends, family and community —share how you’re doing, and check on them too. More resources.
