Winter 2019 UPASS The Winter 2019 UPass will be available to eligible students at the UPass Centre (Science B, Room 140B) and Parking & Transportation Services (North End of McMahon Stadium) starting Dec 10, 2018. Check here for hours of locations. The UPass will be valid from Jan. 1, 2019 until Apr. 30, 2019.
Winter Conferral of Degree Application for winter conferral of degree opened on Nov. 2. Ensure you have applied to graduate if you will complete your degree requirements by:
Dec. 31, 2018 (course-based degrees)
Jan. 25, 2019 (thesis-based degrees. Completion of degree requirements for thesis-based degrees includes submission of paperwork to the Faculty of Graduate Studies and Thesis to the Vault.
PhD students successfully meeting candidacy requirements between Sep. 1 and Dec. 31, 2018 will have their tuition fees changed to a continuing rate in Winter Term 2019.
