Spring General Fees All graduate students are registered for a 12 month period and General Fees are collected in the Fall, Winter and Spring terms of the 12 month registration year, regardless of whether students are taking a course in that term or not. Please check your student centre for an updated balance.
Thesis submission The Thesis Checklist has been updated and can be found here. FGS will be accepting either form (revised form preferred) until May 23, 2018. Please note: No formatting check is done at FGS, other than for title page and mandatory forms. For more information, see the Thesis Formatting Guide.
Spring Convocation Thesis-based degrees: Apr. 30 is the last day to submit required thesis forms to FGS and thesis to The Vault to be eligible for Spring Convocation and cancel Spring 2018 registration. Course-based degrees: Apr. 30 is the last day to complete all degree requirements to be eligible for Spring Convocation and cancel Spring 2018 registration.
Annual Registration Reminder Please activate your annual registration (click on the enroll link in your Student Centre) for the upcoming academic year. Students must register annually, at the time of the anniversary of their first registration, and before the deadline for that term. Fees are due on the applicable term deadline.

UPASS Information The Spring/Summer 2018 UPass will be available to eligible students at the UPass Desk and Parking & Transportation Services starting Apr. 23. Hours of operation. Valid May 1 - Aug. 31, 2018. It will also be available at Health Science Centre at the Foothills Campus on the following dates and times: Apr. 24: 11am - 2pm; Apr. 25: 11am -2pm; Apr. 27: 11am - 2pm.
Candidacy Fees Information PhD students successfully meeting candidacy requirements between Jan. 1 and Apr. 30, 2018 will have their tuition fees changed to a continuing rate in May 2018 (Spring Term). (Graduate Calendar C.1.1)
