- The CSM’s Continuing Medical Education and Professional Development program and the Physician Learning Program have delivered 16 Covid Corner webinars since the start of the pandemic, with 90 presenters and nearly 9,000 participants. Unmasking Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Issues for Patients and Physicians takes place Nov. 4 and is open to physicians and other health care providers. Register for free.
- UCalgary President Dr. Edward McCauley, PhD, presented Unstoppable our "growth through focus" plan, to the campus community last week. You can provide feedback on the plan anonymously or directly to President McCauley.
- I know there are some talented writers in our school. Entries are being accepted for The City of Calgary W.O. Mitchell Book Prize. This prize is awarded annually during The Calgary Awards And the winning author will receive a $5,000 cash prize. The deadline for submissions is Dec. 31, 2020. Read more.
