Advanced Skills for Simulation Educators & Teachers (ASSET)
The KidSIM Pediatric Simulation Program has finalized the 2025 ASSET course dates from January – June.
KidSIM will host *virtual* ASSET courses on the following days:
- Foundations: January 21 & 22, 2025 from 08:00 – 15:15
- Co-Debriefing: February 26, 2025 from 09:00 – 15:00
- Peer Coaching: March 12, 2025 from 09:00 – 16:00
- Advanced: April 29, 2025 from 09:00 – 15:00

Changes to Downloading and Printing AHS Files on Personal Devices Reminder To protect the privacy and confidentiality of Albertans and AHS, staff and physicians will no longer be able to download or print AHS files from OneDrive or SharePoint Online on personal devices starting September 30. Viewing and editing files will still be allowed on any device using multi-factor authentication, but download and print functions on personal devices will be disabled. Staff who need to download or print AHS files for specific workflows may request an exemption through the IT Access Request Form (ITARF). Visit Insite for more details. |

Several areas for improvement were identified during the SPRINT initiative through feedback from MAL working groups and surveys. To address these, the CMIO training team has developed pediatric-specific training sessions focused on user support and personalization, rather than system fixes.
