Increase In Award Values For Federal Scholarships And Fellowships
Last month the Government of Canada announced details of an increase in award values for federal scholarships and fellowships. The increase will take effect September 1, 2024, to further support Canadian students and fellows.
The annual value of all current and new master's and doctoral student scholarships will increase to $27 000 and $40 000, respectively, and current and new postdoctoral fellowships will increase to $70 000!

Official Launch of the Clinical Immunology Network Canada (CINC) The Clinical Immunology Network Canada (CINC) has been officially launched, thanks to the tireless efforts of Dr. Luis Murguia, who successfully united clinical immunologists from across the country to form this network. The mission of CINC is to enhance and promote clinical and research collaboration in the field of Clinical Immunology within Canada. As part of its initiatives, CINC is developing the Canadian Inborn Errors of Immunity National Registry, with Calgary designated as the central site for this project. Congratulations to Dr. Luis Murguia, Chair of CINC, for his instrumental role in bringing this network to fruition in an impressively short period of time. |
