Maternal & Child Data Available for Access
The All Our Families (AOF) Study at the University of Calgary has data available for access! The AOF study is a Calgary based, longitudinal cohort study launched in 2008 with over 3000 pregnant women recruited, and we have been regularly following these participants and their children through time.
|
|
|
The study data collected contains a wealth of information, including pregnancy, breastfeeding, health service utilization, maternal and child mental health, physical activity, school life, employment, community connections, family relationships, participant experiences through the COVID-19 pandemic, and so much more. Nominate a Senior General Pediatrics Resident for the Dr. George Prieur Scholarship
The Prieur Family established this award in 1992. Dr. George Prieur was a Pediatrician who practiced in Calgary prior to the Second World War. It is believed that he was the second pediatrician to establish a practice in the city. When Dr. Prieur was nearing the end of his life in 1992, his family donated funds to support a scholarship in his memory.

Dr. Saba attended The Johns Hopkins University, University of Maryland School of Medicine, and completed her pediatrics residency, hematology/oncology fellowship and PhD in Cell Biology at Duke University Medical Center.
