Your thesis, three minutes, one slide - registration now open for UCalgary's 3 Minute Thesis Competition!

The 3 Minute Thesis (3MT) is an internationally recognized research communication competition. Participants have three minutes to deliver a compelling presentation on their thesis research for a general audience using a single, static slide.

Sign up for this opportunity to practice your presentation skills, and possibly win cash prizes in the process.  If you are nearing the end of your degree, take this time to share your research results with the UCalgary community and broader Calgary community.

Images of Research Competition Updates

Graduate students were tasked with submitting an image representative of their research for this competition. Almost 40 entries were received and voting is still open in the People's Choice category. Winners from this year's competition will be announced at the GSA's Peer Beyond Symposium on Feb. 12 at the Taylor Institute.

Join the TI online April 26 - 28 for Collective Transformation, the 2023 University of Calgary Conference on Postsecondary Learning and Teaching. The conference will explore how blended and online learning have changed postsecondary education and the collective transformation experienced in postsecondary institutions since the spring of 2020.
