Where are we?

  • A: I’m Thomas More, a robot constructed by Artificial Intelligence students in the People Centric Computing faculty of the Department of Computer Science. I’m smart, savvy, slightly spiritual, and I can do the splits.

  • B: I’m UCalgary’s +15 system, which allows students, staff and faculty to get around the university without setting foot in the snow or rain puddles. Walking between the buildings in your holey socks today? You’re welcome!

  • C: I’m the University District, currently under construction on UCalgary’s endowment lands. Ultimately, I will contain not just condominiums for everyone from young families to seniors, but restaurants, shops, a movie theatre and a hotel, and I’ll connect the university with its surrounding community.
