Women in Engineering Night
Oct. 28, 2020
7 to 8:15 p.m.

The Schulich School of Engineering believes an engineering community that is open to all – and rich in diversity – is essential to finding solutions to society's biggest challenges and to bettering our planet. We are committed to increasing the representation of women, and other underrepresented groups in engineering.

At the Women in Engineering Night, you will hear from our Senior Associate Dean about the initiatives the Schulich School of Engineering has undertaken to remove barriers, expand access, and support the success of every student. You will also hear from the NSERC Chair for Women in Science and Engineering (Prairie Region) about her vision of a WISE Planet. A student and alumnus panel will share why they chose to study engineering, as well as provide you with the inside scoop on student life, learning activities, co-curricular opportunities, work integrated learning programs, and careers as a professional engineer.
