Webinar: Why build universities as global intellectual hubs
Global problems require global solutions, and universities have an important role to play. Our students learn and live abroad, and bring fresh perspectives that help us tackle challenges back home in new ways.
Our academics work on solving some of the biggest problems facing our world, often by collaborating with other experts in various parts of the globe.
Watch this webinar to hear UCalgary’s senior leaders and internationalization experts talk about why global connections are critical for solving global challenges, why it makes sense to build universities as global intellectual hubs and what’s in it for us as individuals, cities, provinces and countries.Recorded on February 5, 2019
