Love Actually Cue Card Video for Convocation 2024

If you are a fan of classic Christmas movies, then you are probably familiar with an all-time favourite romantic comedy, Love Actually.

UCalgary is putting a spin on the cue card message concept and recreating the Love Actually scene with videotaped messages of congratulations to play for our graduates before the start of our Convocation ceremonies!

Your message can be as short, sweet, and funny as you’d like for it to be.

We encourage you all to write these messages in different languages so all future graduates can feel included!

You can sign up for one of the following two sessions:

When: Wednesday, March 13
Time: 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Location: 250A UCalgary Alumni Lounge on 2nd floor of TFDL

When: Thursday, March 14
Time: 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Location: The Collision Space on the 4th floor of Hunter Student Commons
