Hope For Hypermobility - Patient Research Education Day
Better Mobility Lab is hosting our annual Hope for Hypermobility – Patient Research Education Day for all to attend! This event will be offered in person and virtually. The event is aimed at people living with hypermobility and their family members. However anyone with an interest in hypermobility is invited to attend, including clinicians and researchers!
This year, we will have two fantastic guest speakers:
Dr. Nimish Mittal, MD (University of Toronto) and Dr. Brad Tinkle, MD, PhD ( Peyton Manning Children's Hospital).
We will also have local researchers presenting their work on how hypermobility may affect thinking, how female sex affects joint taxity and the latest on research innovations in POTS.
Disclaimer: Please note that we are providing general information about local research that has been done on joint hypermobility. The presenters will not be able to provide specific medical advice to individuals. Please see your own primary care physician for personal medical questions. Please also note that by attending the event, you accept all potential physical risks inherent with attending a conference. We will also be taking photographs at the event. By attending, you give permission for us to take photographs of groups of individuals that may be used on our lab website and social media accounts.
