Angela Sterritt is an award-winning journalist, bestselling author and host. A member of the Gitxsan Nation through her father’s side and from Bell Island, Newfoundland on her mother’s, she spent more than a decade at CBC and hosted the acclaimed podcast "Land Back".

Her debut book, "Unbroken", part memoir and part investigation into the murders and disappearances of Indigenous women and girls, became a national bestseller and was nominated for major literary prizes. Her next book, "Breakable", on Indigenous masculinity, will be published in 2026. Sterritt’s reporting has earned Canada’s top journalism awards, including a Canadian Screen Award for Best Reporter. She also speaks widely on resilience and challenging stereotypes of Indigenous people.
