WellNurse: Nurturing Mind, Body and Sleep
The UCalgary Nursing Alumni Committee invites you to this interactive and informative wellness event on Friday, April 19, 2024.
This will be a half-day dedicated to YOU, focusing on self-care practices that nurses often overlook. We will be offering three specially curated sessions that include:
- Mindfulness to help with stress
- Sleep wellness for those long shifts,
- Grounding sound meditation and gentle yoga session
This will be an all-around relaxation experience and you’ll come away de-stressed and with helpful tips that you can use in your everyday life.
