Please join us as we kick off Diversity Days with welcoming remarks, lunch and a thought-provoking keynote from Michael Gottheil, Chief of Commission and Tribunal of the Alberta Human Rights Commission.

Gottheil will deliver an inspirational address A Circle With Many Centres: Imagining a World Without Undue Hardship, as part of the keynote event.
Throughout his career, he has worked on initiatives that seek to make justice more accessible, efficient, effective, and responsive to the needs of the public. Gottheil has practiced labour, employment and human rights law for close to 20 years.
Beyond his professional activities, Gottheil has been actively engaged in efforts to improve the lives of the visually impaired, serving on the boards of the Canadian National Institute for the Blind and the Foundation Fighting Blindness. He has travelled the world, always taking the time to connect with other people and cultures.
