Understanding and Articulating Your Transferable Skills for Career Success

Career Success Webinar
Wednesday, June 13, 2018
12 – 1 p.m. MST

When looking to develop in your career by making a career move, pivoting to a new job or industry, or simply sharing your background with someone for the first time, it’s exceptionally valuable to know how to articulate your transferable skills.

Not only is it difficult for many people to identify their transferable skills, it is often more difficult to effectively (and comfortably) articulate them.

In this webinar, you will be introduced to a tangible process that will allow you to gain clarity and insight into what your transferable skills truly are and learn strategies to articulate them with ease in conversation.

Specifically, you will learn how to:

  • identify your transferable skills through diagnosing past successes;

  • summarize and theme your skills for ease of articulation; and

  • comfortably share your skills in conversation including interviews, coffee meetings, networking events and more.
