People often equate meditation to a state where their mind is completely empty of thought. Attempts to empty the mind can end in frustration as there can be a stream of thoughts coming through when we finally sit quietly. The instructor for this class will help you gain a sense of calm in a safe and relaxing environment.
Jo-Ann Bance, a registered 500-hour yoga teacher since 2013 has been practicing yoga for 19 years and attended her first meditation workshop is 1992. She brings a great energy to the class and will help you and your colleagues to have a great day.
